What image formats can I upload?
PNG and JPG files up to 10MB. For best results, use a high-resolution image (at least 300dpi or 1200×1200px). We print what you upload.

How long does a custom candle order take?
Production takes 3–7 business days. Shipping to the US adds 3–7 business days. International shipping 7–21 business days depending on destination.

What if my design does not look right on the candle?
We show you a mockup preview before checkout. If the candle arrives and it is not what we agreed, we replace it or refund in full. No argument.
